Project Concept:

• Create a real-time online chat system enabling team employees to communicate and exchange messages, audio files, images, and all types of documents.
• Independent accounts for management and employees with different job titles.
• Work distribution between employees through one-to-one communication or group chats where each task can involve 2 or more employees.
• Two display modes available (Dark mode - Light mode).
• Ability to work on the system from desktop computers, mobile devices, and tablets.
• The application can save conversations when offline until the connection is restored to communicate and save information on the server.

Work Mechanism Overview:

1. The employee responsible for organizing conversations between groups within the team creates a new task and adds the group of employees who will work on this task.
   
   
2. Employees log in to their accounts to view assigned tasks, then click on their assigned task to start the conversation (image shows Light mode).
   
   
3. After viewing assigned tasks, the employee selects the highest priority task based on deadline and begins exchanging messages with other employees, with the application saving these messages and conversations.
   
   
4. When offline, messages can be sent and saved on the system, waiting to be sent to the server when the internet connection is restored.
   
   
5. Employees can edit sent images, with the system allowing cropping, flipping, or mirroring images, plus adding comments to images.
   
   

System Demonstration on Mobile Devices:

1. Login Screen and Project Type Selection:

   Employees and management accounts can access the system from mobile devices or desktop computers

   Tasks can be selected from mobile devices to start chatting, whether online or offline.
