We designed Dopa Tasks to address common challenges in corporate task management, such as:

Workflow Overview:

• User-friendly dashboard for both Admin and Employee
• Create Projects and divide them into Missions
• Advanced notification system alerts management and employees about all project and task updates
• Each task contains:
  • To-Do list (execution steps)
  • Integrated Chat for direct communication
  • Submission (Submit) and review (Approve/Reject/Hold) system

Operational Mechanism:

1. Project and Task Creation (by Admin) - The manager accesses the control panel, adds a new project, defines required tasks, and assigns them to employees or management team.
   
   
2. Task Execution (by Employees) - The employee receives task notification, reviews the execution checklist (can add/remove steps to customize their workflow), uses the chat for questions or team coordination, and finally submits the task for review.
   
   
3. After completion, the task is submitted for review. The manager then evaluates the submitted task and chooses:
   • ✅ Approve → If completed correctly
   • ❌ Reject → With notes for modifications
   • ⏸️ Hold → To request additional information
