• Create a system to manage appointments booked with the company. Clients can request and follow up on appointments, whether for hotel bookings, medical visits, or based on business requirements.
• Separate accounts exist for: administration, appointment coordinators, VIP clients, and staff.
• The system automatically sends WhatsApp messages to welcome and support clients.
• Two display modes: Dark mode and Light mode.
• Accessible via desktop computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
• Control the "Contact Us" page submitted from the company’s website.

How the Appointment Booking System Works:

1. After receiving a call from a client, the designated staff member logs the appointment in the system.
   
   
2. The appointment coordinator — whether at a hospital, hotel, or other business — assigns staff responsible for handling the appointment, and it appears in their dashboard upon login.
   
   
3. After staff complete the appointment follow-up, they can mark it as completed.
